Orders that do not successfully complete our required age-verification process may be declined or cancelled.
Using another person’s identification, providing false information, or otherwise attempting to circumvent our age-verification system is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the order and suspension or termination of the customer’s account.
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Product images are provided for reference. Packaging, bands, boxes, colours and other product presentation may vary from the images displayed on the website.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors and update product information at any time.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
All prices are tax-inclusive: applicable federal and provincial taxes are already included in the displayed price, and no additional tax is added at checkout.
MAD Cigars reserves the right to correct pricing, product-description or calculation errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we may contact the customer before processing the order or cancel and refund the affected order.
Submitting an order does not constitute final acceptance of the order by MAD Cigars.
Orders may be subject to payment authorization, age verification, product availability and other compliance checks.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, failed age verification, payment problems, inventory errors or legal/regulatory restrictions.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
MAD Cigars offers shipping to eligible destinations within Canada, subject to applicable laws, carrier requirements and any restrictions applicable to tobacco products.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
MAD Cigars reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where shipping or sale to the requested destination is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
Due to the nature of tobacco products and for health, safety, quality-control and product-integrity reasons, all tobacco and cigar sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of change of mind, personal taste, customer ordering error, or where a product has been opened, used, smoked, altered or improperly stored after delivery.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If an order arrives damaged or defective, or if MAD Cigars has shipped an incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 12 hours of confirmed delivery.

Customers must retain the product and original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
MAD Cigars will normally review a properly submitted claim within 24 to 48 hours.
If a claim is approved, MAD Cigars may provide an appropriate replacement or initiate a refund for the affected product.
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Actual processing and posting times are determined by the applicable payment processor and financial institution.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account credentials.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where you expressly consent, MAD Cigars may communicate with you electronically, including by email or SMS/text message, regarding matters such as your account, orders, customer service, and, where separately authorized, promotional communications.
Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing products from MAD Cigars.

The MAD Cigars name, website content, graphics, logos, designs and other proprietary material belonging to MAD Cigars may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not use our website to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, circumvent age-verification requirements, interfere with website security or operation, provide false information, or purchase tobacco products on behalf of an individual who is not legally permitted to purchase them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAD Cigars and MAD CIGAR INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
